Who We Are
From humble beginnings, Michael (Mike) McGowan (MD) grew a passion for carpentry as an apprentice gaining all his relevant C&G qualifications and applying his trade all over the UK and Europe from employee to self-employed, learning a range of other trades along the way.
In September 2007, Mike took the bold step of forming 3M Maintenance Services Limited, derived from Mike and Michelle (Wife) McGowan, which changed to Three Maintenance Services Limited in April 2008.
Originally serving just Birmingham for all maintenance needs, reputation grew quickly along with the client base picking up new blue-chip clients in the process.
With a commitment to providing a first class all round Maintenance Service, demand grew to be pushed further afield and in 2016 started providing a National Facility Management service, not only for the UK, but also Ireland and all the islands around the UK.
We love what we do, and it shows. With more than 30 years of experience in the field, we know our industry like the back of our hands. There is no challenge too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every project we take on.
